Return Policy

This policy describes how customers (“Customers or “you”) who have purchased clothing and accessories under the brands “United Colors of Sisley” and “Undercolors of Sisley” (the “Products”) sold by Sisley Servizi S.r.l. on the website (the “Site”), operated by Benetton Group S.r.l.  (together with Sisley Servizi S.r.l., collectively, “Sisley” or “we”), may return Products purchased on the Site.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason may return unused, unworn Products by notifying Sisley within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Product(s), provided the conditions set forth herein have been met.


For other legal information concerning the sale of Products, your access to, use of, or the way the Site may use and collect your personal information, please read the Site’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, General Terms and Conditions of Use, and PRIVACY POLICY (together with this Return Policy, collectively, the “Website Policies”).

  1. Product Conditions

Returns shall only be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The Product(s) have not been used, worn or washed, are not damaged and are in the same conditions in which they were received by the Customer.
  2. The Product(s) are returned in their original packaging, including the identification tag (with the disposable seal) and all labels, and any documentation included in the original package.  


  1. Return Procedures

In order to return any Products, please fill out and submit a request through the “Orders” section of your account.  If you have not created an account before completing your purchase, you can complete the return form found on the Site. Carefully review and follow the return instructions included in the original package and found on the Site.

After submitting a request for a return in accordance with the procedures set forth above, the Product(s) to be returned must be handed over to the courier in one single shipment within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Product(s).

If you return the Product(s) through UPS and the pre-printed label – which includes the return address – provided within the original shipment, you will not be required pay the return shipment costs, which will be borne by Sisley.  If you prefer to send the returned Product(s) with a courier of your choice other than UPS, you may do so at your expense and at your own risk.

  1. Refund of Price


Upon Sisley’s receipt of returned Product(s), Sisley will inspect the Product(s) to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Customer is entitled to a refund.  If all of the return conditions are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted and Sisley will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), less any original shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the email confirming the return was accepted.  Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.   If you paid by credit card or debit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.  If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.

We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the return conditions, and we will send you an email to inform you that the return was not accepted.  Within [fifteen (15) days] after receipt of such email, you may ask that the Product(s) be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which they were received by Sisley.  If you do not request the return of the Product(s) within said time period, you authorize Sisley, and any of its affiliates or agents, to retain the Product(s) and the price paid, and to dispose of such Product(s) as it sees fit.
